Joshua Lockhart

Joshua Lockhart is a Senior at the University of Alabama Studying Anthropology and History. He is primarily interested in studying food and plants within ritual as well as Southern labor history. Outside of APPL he works with Dr. Chistopher Lynn's Biological Anthropology lab HBERG studying tattooing and stress response. He also works with the Crimson Historical Review, UA's history journal dedicated to undergraduate authors. Through working alongside APPL and Dr. Katherine Chiou, Josh wishes to better understand the role food has played in humanities past, as well as develop lab associated skills.
