Madi Brake

Madi Brake is a junior from St. Louis, Missouri studying environmental engineering. Madi is an undergraduate research ambassador as well as a member of environmental council. Madi has previous undergraduate research experience studying stormwater treatment and erosion control. Currently, she is helping Milly McKenzie with her work in APPL, which involves studying the taphonomic process of carbonization, and how that affects the morphology and texture of chile peppers. In the future, Madi plans to pursue a PhD in environmental engineering or water geotechnical engineering. ​
